Appointment Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- Appointments can be booked through our online booking system.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival Policy:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid inconveniencing other scheduled appointments and an additional $15 upcharge.
Payment Policy:
- We accept payment via cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and zelle.
- Payment is due at the time of service, except for packages, which may require prepayment.
Treatment Consultation Policy:
